  • Availability: Vehicle availability is subject to change without notice. If a vehicle you are interested in is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

  • Pricing: All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors can occur, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where a price error has occurred.

2. Ordering Process

  • Initial Contact: Initial inquiries can be made online or in person at our dealership.

  • Purchase Agreement: A formal purchase agreement will be presented to you, detailing the specific vehicle, its price, and all other relevant terms. By signing the purchase agreement, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the vehicle.

  • Trade-Ins: If you are trading in a vehicle, its condition will be inspected and an agreed-upon value will be included in the purchase agreement.

  • Vehicle Delivery: Once all agreements are finalized and financing is approved (if applicable), you will take possession of the vehicle.

3. Payment

  • Forms of Payment: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, certified checks, and financing through approved lenders.

  • Down Payment: A down payment may be required to secure the purchase of a vehicle. The amount of the down payment will be outlined in the purchase agreement.

  • Financing Approval: All financing agreements are subject to lender approval and are independent of the purchase agreement with Dashciteino.

4. Warranties

  • Extended Warranties: Extended warranties may be available for purchase, and the terms of these warranties will be clearly stated.

  • Used Vehicles: Used vehicles are generally sold “as is,” without implied warranties, unless a separate written warranty is provided by Dashciteino. Any specific warranties related to used vehicles will be outlined in the purchase agreement.

5. Taxes and Fees

  • Sales Tax: All sales are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes, which will be added to the total purchase price.

  • Other Fees: Additional fees, such as registration, documentation, and other dealer fees, may be added to the final purchase price.

6. Vehicle Delivery

  • Delivery Process: We will schedule a convenient delivery time and location for you.

  • Vehicle Condition: Before delivery, you will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle for any damages or discrepancies.

  • Ownership Transfer: Upon delivery, the ownership of the vehicle will be transferred to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dashciteino’s liability for any losses, damages, or claims will be limited to the amount paid for the vehicle. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and operation of vehicles.
